Resumen:
Considerable research has been focused on the development of low-cost catalystswith high activity and high resistance to coke formation for methane reformingreactions. Among nobel metals, ruthenium is an interesting alternative. In addition, lantana helps to clean the catalyst surface by reacting with the carbon formed duringthe reaction. In this work, we investigated the stucture and reactivity of Ru andlanthanum species during the combined reforming of methane (CRM) by in situ LaserRaman Spectroscopy (LRS) to elucidate the nature of the catalytically active phases
