Resumen:
NEW PRACTICES IN UNIVERSITY TEACHING: FROM MODEL OF PROFESSOR TO PROFESSOR-TUTOR. This work addresses the figure of professor-tutor, in replacement of the model of professor that predominates in the universities, from the educational trajectories of a group of professors beginners of the Licenciatura en Geología and Paleontología of the UNRN. Were recovered their trajectories as a framework that underlies their teaching practices, usually unconsciously, and which constitute a factor of expectations and tensions that they experience in teaching. A qualitative approach was followed, focusing on two techniques of great wealth in educational research: autobiographies and interviews, both focused on the trajectory of these professors-tutor.
