Resumen:
Spectral disentangling methods assume that the spectral morphology of the component of spectroscopic binaries keeps constant during the orbital cycle. Consequently, these techniques are not suited for binaries containing spotted or variable stars. We present here a method to perform the spectral separation along with a spectral variation modelling, allowing to deal with composite spectra that are intrinsically variable. The temporal variation is fitted at each wavelength with low order Fourier components. No assumption is made on the shape of spectral features, so it can be applied to any object with absorption or emission lines. As illustration, we apply the technique to binaries with chemically peculiar companions presenting chemical spots.
