Resumen:
Electrospinning technique presents a novel procedure to obtain biomimetic scaffolds.  In particular, vascular grafts (VG) can be tailored into the desire structure (aligned, random), size and properties. The success of a VG lies in matching size and mechanical properties with the natural artery. The aim of this work is the mechanical characterization of electrospun poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) VG by in vitro stiffness assessments, as a preliminary study.
