Resumen:
Hypostomus boulengeri (Eigenmann and Kennedy, 1903) is a poorly known species recorded from theParaguay and Paraná River basins. In this work we report the occurrence of this species in the Bermejo Riverbasin for the first time, representing a distribution range extension of more than 600 km.
