Resumen:
The objective of this work is to develop, obtain and characterize alternative systems in mixtures of biological ingredients in different proportions for the administration of antioxidant chemicals, and to evaluate the release of active principle under physiological conditions. Coenzyme Q10 (Co-enzyme Q10) was used as an active ingredient. It is known that this molecule has the ability to exist in a completely oxidized form and a completely reduced form, so it allows performing its functions in the electron transport chain, and as an antioxidant, so it turns out to be a powerful antioxidant, providing protection against free radicals and with sufficient effect against oxidative stress. The particles of PLGA (Polylactic co-glycolic acid) and PCL (Poly-caprolactone) in the dermatological area, have acquired great relevance because they can release assets to have a local or systemic effect.
