P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; }Ameasurement of the cosmic-ray spectrum for energies exceeding 41018eV ispresented, which is based on the analysis of showers with zenithangles  greater than 60detectedwith the Pierre Auger Observatory between 1 January 2004 and 31December 2013.The measured spectrum conrms a ux suppression at the highestenergies. Above5:31018eV,the ankle", the ux can be described by a power law E..withindex =2:700:02(stat)0:1(sys) followed by a smooth suppression region. For the energy (Es)at which the spectral ux has fallen to one-half of its extrapolatedvalue in the absence ofsuppression, we nd Es=(5:120:25(stat)+1:0 ..1:2(sys))1019eV
