Species of Trichoderma1 genus are of great biotechnological interest because they offer good qualities as biologicalcontrol agents, soil bioremedial, growth promoters and enzymes producers. The diverse biotechnologicalapplications of Trichoderma make an accurate strains identification essential, as well as their phylogeneticrelationships.The molecular species classification it is done by the development of online tools that perform an analysis based onbarcode or nucleotide sequences, using bioinformatics software available on line. Which can be used to constructevolutionary trees or dendrogramas, that reflect homologies and genetic relationships on the principle of minimumevolution or maximum parsimony.
