Resumen:
Magnetic nanoparticles offer exciting newopportunities toward developing effective drug deliverysystems, since it is feasible to produce, and specificallytailor their functional properties for these applications. An external localized magnetic field gradient may beapplied to a chosen site to attract drug-loaded magneticnanoparticles from blood circulation. Drug targeting totumors is desirable since anticancer agents demonstratenon-specific toxicities that significantly limit theirtherapeutic potentials
