Resumen:
Scinax granulatus is a species previously known for southern Brazil, southeastern Paraguay, northeastern Argentina, and Uruguay, The most austral known locality supported by voucher specimens is: Pereyra Iraola, Partido de La Plata, Buenos Aires province, Argentina (Gallardo, J. M. 1961. Com. Mus. Arg. Cien. Nat. "Bernardino Rivadavia" III (5): 145-158). Here, we present  the most austral record for Scinax granulatus and extends the distributional range of the species .
