Resumen:
Lin this work, we present a methodology for the fabrication of a PDMS microfluidic device integrating a single solid state micropore for optical cell detection and counting. The methodology was based in 4 steps; (1) Pore fabrication process; influence of etchant concentration, voltage, temperature and stopping medium on the specific features of the pores, such as geometry, silicon surface morphology and micropore dimension were evaluated. Profilometry and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques were used to characterize the micropores. (2) PDMS microdevice fabrication for detection and counting of cells. (3) Detection and counting of cells and (4) Simulation as a convenient tool that define focus target zones where the cells converge for cells detecting and counting was performed. Pressure drop, velocity profile and shear stress parameters were studied. The above-mentioned methodology proposes and introduces an alternative for the fabrication of a PDMS microfluidic device for the detection and counting of las hek son solo un tipo de los miles que hay de lineas celulares. por eso solo conviene que lo pongamos en los mat y Metodos.cells by using single silicon micropore. This approach provides and an easy and cost-effective process for quantitative identification cells under uniform flow conditions, with high potential to be implemented.
