Resumen:
In this work electrophoresis experiments were performed on PDMS microchannels, also the work analyzed the mobility and separation of DNA molecules in Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microchannels filled with agarose. Fluorescence microscopy was implemented for the detection of DNA molecules covalently attached to fluorophores. The mobility and diffusion of DNA molecules was characterized at voltages up to 1.8 kV. The work also shows the application in the separation of DNA molecules with lengths of between 0.5 and 2kpb.
