Resumen:
Single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) have been found to be sensitive to gases, temperature and biological molecules, and have shown great promise as sensing elements. We developed SWCNTs sensors chemically functionalized with the COOH groups by oxidation and demostrated that the sensors are sensitive to changes in humidity.
