Resumen:
Concentration profiles for MoO3 were obtained from porous samples (supported catalysts). For this purpose, a technique for sample preparation and measurement was developed. Intensities were corrected by means of an updated multiple choice program, and good performance was obtained. The results show that the developed technique may be used upon any similar system.
