Diet information of the blue-eyed shag or imperial cormorant Phalacrocorax atriceps reflect aspects of the predator-prey interaction between this bird and benthic-demersal coastal fish. Since the onset of the nineties, this subject has been studied with special interest within the biological research program developed by Argentina in the Atlantic Antarctic zone.
