Resumen:
In this paper is described a recommender system where the user recommendations are made taking into account the degree of knowledge and user availability to answer questions from other users. A new approach to make therecommendations is added to the system: the reputation of thecandidates users in the community.The reputation is calculated based on past interactions,more precisely the satisfaction of the user who made thequestion. Results show that the recommendations based onreputation, knowledge and availability of users are moreaccurate.
