Resumen:
Chalcopyrites, particularly CuInSe2 (CISe), are promising materials to be used as absorbing layers in thin-film solar cells. The purpose of this study is to investigate a new method of synthesis that could be compared to other inexpensive methods such as spraying and electrodeposition, which have been investigated before in our group.
