Resumen:
The heterogeneous Fenton-type process conducted in a continuous Upflow Fixed Bed Reactor packed with a nanoPrussian Blue catalyst supported on γ-alumina beads was analyzed. A steady-state, one-dimensional heterogeneous model with axial dispersion was proposed to account for the liquiddistribution and differences between liquid bulk and catalyst surface reactant concentrations. The model satisfactorily predicted the influence of the residence time on OG conversion and H2O2decomposition for different initial oxidant concentrations and temperatures.
