Resumen:
The ethnographic method allows a particular approach to the management of Protected Areas. Particularly it is a useful tool for the understanding of the political interaction of local populations with the management of these areas, and for the understanding of the ways people represent and use nature and territories. In this speech, we analyze ethnography as tool of management of PA, taking the case of the province of Misiones in North Argentina, where there are high-conflict processes between local populations and PA, as currently there are developing liking populations in the management of reserves.
