I comment on the communication "The Scope of Perception De Re", by Christoph C. Pfisterer. The comment has three parts. (1) I raise some doubts on the thesis that perception, in Burge´s framework, should be seen as non conceptual. (2) If perception has partly a conceptual nature, then the problems that paper discusses concerning ?abstraction? may not arise. (3) But I suggest that such problems may arise at a lower level, in the divide between sensory input and perception.
