Resumen:
The aim of the article was to expose a twelve-year-old female patient with Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome associated with a single ventricle congenital heart defect, who was referred for an ophthalmologic examination presenting a cephalohematoma and exophthalmos in both eyes, caused by a fall.Beacause of her general condition, the implementation of therapies that required general anaesthesia, were limitated. Systemic steroids were performed, and the orbital symptoms decreased.
