Resumen:
The International Astronomical Union (IAU) adopted the celestial reference system of the International Earth Rotation Service as the new conventional celestial reference system under the name International Celestial Reference System (ICRS). It is materialized by the coordinates of a set of extragalactic objects determined with the technique of Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI), the International Celestial Reference Frame (ICRF). The stellar reference frame of Hipparcos satellite will materialize the ICRS in the optical frequences. It is of interest to link some major stellar catalogues, such as the SAO (Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory) to the ICRF to take profit of old observations of minor planets and comets. We present hereafter the results of a preliminary determination of the relative orientation SAO-HIPPARCOS by a weighted least squares adjustment.
