Comparative analysis of the evaluation strategy applied in two virtual chemistry classes

In 2020, for practical and technological reasons, the theoretical part of the Instrumental Analytical Chemistry subject of FFYB, UBA was evaluated by multiple-choice or true-false questions with a limited time to answer. In this work, we compared two classes named 1/11 and 5/15, to which were given 30 and 40 min to answer, respectively. Class 1/11 showed better results in 60 % of topics, whereas 5/15 obtained higher grades in 40 % of the evaluated topics. A critical view of these results can be the starting point to reinforce difficult content for future virtual editions of the subject.
