Freezing of gait (FOG) is characterized by suddenepisodes in which the patient is unable to make a step. Thiscauses a significant fall risk and the consequences often areserious on the person?s health. This project proposes an assistivedevice to help patients with Freezing, using visual and acousticstimulation. The device is attached to the patient?s foot and it iscontrolled by a Mobile App. This preliminary approach isintended to get data from clinical trials and develop the finaldevice according with these results, with a controlled processsupported by clinical evidence.
