Resumen:
The Brazilian basic sanitation is deficient, mainly the scenario related to sewage treatment. Faced with this situation, this project aims the use of the sewage, after preliminary treatment, as nutritive solution for the cultivation of native plants of the Atlantic forest throughout a hydroponic system in a pilot model, acting specifically in the reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus of domestic sewage. This procedure can be considered an alternative way in the effluent treatment with the possibility of later reuse of the same for non-potable purposes.
