Resumen:
Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) are being widely investigated due to their potential use as replacement forconventional solvents which are environmentally risky. NADES are formed by common cellular constituents, whosemain driving force is hydrogen bonding, and their melting point is markedly lower than that of its original constituents. It has been shown that some NADES have fluorescent properties [1]. In this sense, a kinetic study was carried out toanalyze the fluorescence variation of a NADES composed of fructose, citric acid and water (FCH) in a 1:1:5 molar ratio.Applying the heating and stirring method, the effect of preparation temperature was studied, and calibration curves weremade with fluorescent (curcumin) and non-fluorescent (neomycin) analytes at different times since they were prepared. It is important to note that, under the working conditions, the utilized NADES precursors were stable [1]. Fluorescencemonitoring was performed using a 3D-Printed device, equipped with an UV-LED and a Smartphone camera as sensorto capture the images [2]. Subsequently, they were analyzed obtaining the fluorescence signals as a time function foreach RGB color channel. Complementary studies were carried out using 1H-NMR techniques to analyze the moleculesspatial interaction.
