This work falls within the field of social sciences and scanners axes proposed as the intersection between public policies and practices of dwelling district (De Certeau) as part of the transformation of urban space in the traditional neighborhoods of the city Córdoba, particularly what happened in Guemes and Alberdi neighborhoods over the last ten years. The merchandize of space and various dimensions of daily life are printed in differential practices strongly inhabiting the city as social class, who were re-plotting the pair of building the image of the various Cordoba Tourism levels of government, along with developmental businessmen are proposing.
