Resumen:
A simplified system based on ultrasound scanning able to measure relevant fattening indices in beef cattle raised in Argentina destined to EU Counties export (Quota 481 ? High Quality Beef) has been developed. With the measurement of a single anatomical site is possible to determinate pre-slaughtering if the animal is compliant with the parameters of High Quality Beef.
