Resumen:
General Line Coordinates (GLC) are a relatively newset of line-based representations for visualizing mul-tidimensional data with the distinctive characteristicsof being reversible and lossless. Given these character-istics, the GLC have a high potential for exploratorymultidimensional data analysis, however only imple-mentations of specific GLC techniquesare availablefor the visualization community. In this paper, wepresent theGLC-Frame, an online exploration toolthat supports a dual view and allows users to uploadtheir own dataset and interactively explore the differentGLC representations without writing code. We alsopresent theGLC-VisLibrary, an open-source data visu-alization library supporting GLC along with traditionalinteractions. Finally, we provide a set of usage exam-ples showing how the different techniques behave inboth the occlusion and the cluster identification prob-lem. In addition, we present the interactions on GLCrepresentations using the cars dataset. Both theGLC-Frameand theGLC-VisLibrary provide an explorationspace that will allow the visualization community touse these new techniques and evaluate their potential.
