Resumen:
The aim of this project is the identification of the drag coefficient (CD ) in order to generate an aerodynamic description for a projectile flight dynamic. A Movil Horizon Estimation (MHE) algorithm that utilizes adaptive estimation methods to update the parameters of the arrival cost was applied to obtain a profit in the identification process. Both constant and variable coefficients are estimated. Finally, a method was applied for estimating the drag coefficient when it is integrated by two contributions, such as the form coefficient (CD0) and the yaw-draw (CD2).
