Resumen:
Around the world, the use of veterinary active ingredients (AIs) during the production of animal-origin food is a common action. Nowadays, the problem lies in the occurrence of AIs in tissues, e.g. eggs, milk, etc. since the effects that traces of AIs could have in the human health are not completely known [1].The most difficult task in the extraction of AIs in eggs is related to the separation of the analytes from the matrix compounds, which involves breaking up the union between analytes and proteins or lipids. Besides, due to the different physicochemical characteristics of AIs, the extraction of multicompounds is a real challenge [2].
