Resumen:
In this work, we report on the general synthesis of 1,3-dihydroisobenzufans through a domino Sonogashira-hydroalkoxylation reaction, starting from the corresponding aryl iodides, bromides and even chlorides for the first time. The use of oxime palladacycle 1 as palladium source and Xphos as ligand, in the presence of KOH as base in MeOH as solvent, employing both microwave or conventional heating in short reaction times, allowed us to obtain the corresponding 1,3-dihydroisobenzofurans in moderate to excellent yields.
