Resumen:
In this paper, after a brief review of the most popular models for anisotropic plasticity for metals, an explicit implementation of a program using the mapped stress tensor to formulate the large deformation problem is described. The formulation permits the use of isotropic yield and potential functions, incorporating a mapping between the real (anisotropic) space and the fictitious (isotropic) space. Example problems are discussed.
