Resumen:
The homogeneization theory is based on the substitution of a composite material for aequivalent homogeneous material. For that purpose it is necessary to know the compositematerial behaviour.For determining the response of this kind of materials, this paper uses the double scalingformulation, which is based on a material decomposition in equal domains known as cells.From this mathematical approach the conditions obeyed by the material can be found ineach of the two scales: the microscopic and macroscopic1.2 This formulation can be di-rectly applied to composite materials with periodic internal structure, where an adequatecell keeps the structure information of the composite. The materials with a random dis-tribution require a representative domain study or a probabilistic analysis of simple cells.3In this work, a parallelized nite element code which simultaneously solves the micro-structure and the macro-structure of the composite has been developped. The micro-structure determine the composite behaviour and the macro-structure the global responseof the body.
