Resumen:
Oxidative enzymes of white rot fungi can be applied in several technological processes such as paper industry, biofuels production and bioremediation. Finding new native strains from the biodiversity of the Misiones (Argentina) forest is a relevant way to detect useful enzymes for biotechnological purposes. In this work we evaluated laccase and manganese peroxidase secretion ability of four new strains of Trametes sp. native from Misiones, their copper response, and optimal pH and temperature for laccase activity on culture supernatants. The four strains produced variable amounts of laccase and MnP. In all strains, copper addition produced a significant increase on laccase and MnP secretion. Zymograms showed an increment of two isoenzymes for all strain in presence of copper. Strain B showed the maximum response to copper, but strain A was more stable at T and pH optimal. Strain A showed interesting potential for future biotechnological approaches because the superior thermo-stability of the secreted enzymes.
