AgriSeqTM GBS technology was used in sequencingspecific genes of plant and animals for detection ofmultiple species. Species specific unique primersbased on genes were designed which weremultiplexed together for sequencing. Based onpreliminary analysis of positive controls, the reads frommixture of species mapped to their respective genesconfirming the presence of the species mixed.
