Based on previous work on Governing Smart City Transport - Framework, the research presented in this report focused on investigating best possible ways for applying the proposed governance framework. Therefore, this report presents a recommended roadmap for Macao SAR through which the governance of e-transport initiatives could be best managed.This report constitutes one of the deliverables of the Smart City Transport project which builds upon the Intelligent Governance of Smart Cities project. Both projects were executed under the e-Macao Program - an ongoing initiative by Macao SAR Government in collaboration with the Center for Electronic Governance at UNU-IIST.
