Resumen:
Among the names associated with post-Keynesian Economics (PKE, from now onwards), Marc Lavoie is among the first to come to mind. Not merely because he wrote the book of the same title, with a second edition coming in 2022 (Lavoie 2022), or because he wrote another book thirty years ago that crystallized a booming research agenda for PKE. But also because of a research career that spans more than forty years, and with pioneering contributions. Lavoie wrote on a good number of topics, from sports economics to epistemology. But his most well-known contributions to PKE and economics in general are in the fields of monetary theory, the Stock-Flow Consistent (SFC) approach (together with Wynne Godley) and in growth and distribution theory. That is the field covered in this selection of 18 essays published in the span of 20 years.
