Resumen:
Functional connectivity analyses allow the characterization of relationships between brain regions anatomically distant considered to be linked within functional networks. This has been applied during resting states, of which mind wandering or rest is the more widely used. Further,it has been shown in formative the implementation of graph theory metrics from those networks in terms of information transfer and segregation between regions. Here we assessed graph metrics of different networks of bvFTD patients, known to have alterations infunctional connectivity related to degeneration of the salience network. By MRI analysis, we found that the lower efficiency and mean segregation of fronto-temporal dementia patients networks stands for global changes in the architecture of functional connectivity.
