Resumen:
Interoception can be described as the perception of body signals, but also as a brain macrostate in which attention is directed towards those internal inputs. A resting state interoceptive network has been evidenced which comprises the fronto-insular operculum and anterior cingulate cortex (FI-ACC)also known as cingulo-opercular network(CO). The aim of this work is to investigate the level of affection after FI stroke, and its relationships with other resting state networks under 3 different resting conditions related to extero and interoceptive awareness. By MRI anlysis, we found that changes in functional connectivity networks are shown after frontoinsular stroke. Particularly, the differences arise in the connections intra CO and between CO-DMN,under rest and intero attention macro-states.
