Resumen:
What do we mean by space of life? What is the extent of this space? Is there a single space or multiple spaces? What role do affective dispositions and imaginary representations play in the configuration of human existence? This paper comments and discusses the five essays that compose the section "The Space of Life", which try to give answer to these questions by sifting through the continental tradition of phenomenology and hermeneutics: "The Space of the Living Beings. Umwelt and Space in Jakob Johannn von Uexküll? by Luca Guidetti, ?Technology and Oikology: Ethics and Ontology? by Eugenio Mazzarella", "On the Emergence of Thymic Space in Ludwig Binswanger? by Stefano Bisoli, "The other?s place in the space of the relation. Löwith and Buber as theorists of Duheit? by Agostino Cera and, finally, "Phenomenology of Imaginal space" by Michela Summa.DOI 978-3-319-66911-3_6
