Resumen:
The main objetivo of a fertility preservation program is to guarantee the access to a specific strategy prior to a gonadotoxic treatment. It is essentia to know those limiting factors in order to improve the number of patients that don´t achieve a proper treatment. Community awareness activities, information to professional colleagues and promoting full coverage ir prepaid treatment are some ot the actions that could help to decrease the number of untreated patients over time.
