Learning Complex Network Representations: Unveiling structure in Protein-Protein Interaction networks

Embedding methods for network representation in low dimensional vector space can be useful tools for understanding complex network structure. We apply a random-walk embedding method to Protein-Protein interaction networks and find consistent clustering partitions not apparent in network clustering methods.
