Workshop; the Fourth Havemeyer workshop on equine herpesviruses; 2018

The Fourth International Workshop on Equid Herpesvirus (EHV) was held inBeaufort, North Carolina, USA in October 2018. A total of 31 invitedscientists attended, representing thirteen countries (Supplementary Item1). The majority of the Workshop focussed on EHV-1 with one sessiondevoted to the gamma herpesviruses EHV-2 and EHV-5. The workshopaimed to highlight new developments and identify gaps in knowledge andthis report summarises progress.
