Osteoarticular brucellosis is the most common localization of human active disease. B cells play an important rol in osteoarticular disease since they can produce factors that induce osteoclast differentiation (cells involved in bone resorption). The aim of this study was to determine if Brucella abortus (Ba) infection could activate B cells.
