Resumen:
Quantum entanglement constitutes a physical resource that is essential for our basic undertanding of the quantum world and numerous technological applications. Moreover, it also constitutes a fundamental ingredient for the physical characterization of atoms and molecules [1, 2]. In the present work we show some general trends of this phenomenon in the Moshinsky model [3]: The amount of entanglement tends to increase with energy and it also tends to increase with the strength of the interaction between particles. Furthermore, we have observed that the entanglement of excited states does not necessarily vanish in the limit of very small interactions [4]. This will be here clarified by recourse to a perturbative approach, regarding the interaction term between electrons in the Hamiltonian as a small perturbation [5]. We study also the properties of the entanglement with an uniform magnetic field in this model and argue the decreasing behavior of the entanglement due to the confining caracter of the magnetic field.
