Resumen:
A new Raman Lidar dedicated to night-tirne tropospheric water vapor measurements was developed at CEILAP (Centro de Investigaciones en Láseres y Aplicaciones) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This instrument uses an Excirner laser (XeCI) and the backscatter photons of inelastic Raman sc lucring of nitrogen añd water vapor molecules are simultaneously collected by four telescopes. Alt this system is inside a mQbile laboratory and will permit to make measurements in different sites. In this work we present a detailed description of the instrument, ihe first measuremenis of water vapor protile at CEILAP md the comparison with the radiosounding water vapor mixing ratio prof ile at nearest aiiport
