Resumen:
Human small heat shock proteins (HSPBs) subnetworks derived from Human interactome APIDv3 (i) and coexpression network from normal tissues (ii) were analysed by interactomics. Functional enrichment analysis indicate that subnetworks derived from (i) might be involved in apoptosis pathway and cancer disease and are regulated by HSF1, POLR2A and SRF family of transcription factors. Meanwhile, HSPBs and their interactors from (ii) suggest that seven out of ten members (HSPB1, HSPB2, HSPB3, CRYAB, HSPB6, HSPB7 and HSPB8) are localized in cardiac cells, forming a subnetwork regulated by MEF2 family. Finally, a subset of HSPB1, HSPB2, CRYAB, HSPB6, HSPB7 and 38 interactors are involved cardiovascular diseases, specially in heart conduction and contraction.
