Resumen:
Liquid-liquid equilibrium data for ternary and quaternary systems Containing nhexane (C6H14 ), toluene (C7H8 ), m-xylene (C8H10 ), sulfolane (C4H8 SO2 ) and sodium acetate (C2H3O2Na ) were measured at 303.15 K. phase diagrams of { }, w1C6H14 + w2C4H8 SO2 + w3C7H8 { } w1C6H14 + w2C4H8 SO2 + w3C8H10 , { } w1C6H14 + w2C4H8 SO2 + w3C8H10 + w4H2O ,{ }, w1C6H14 + w2C4H8 SO2 + w3C7H8 + w4H 2O and also systems containing organic salt { }, w1C6H14 + w2C4H8 SO2 + w3C7H8 + w4C2H3O2Na{ } w1C6H14 + w2C4H8 SO2 + w3C8H10 + w4C2H3O2Na were obtained at 303.15 K, salt addition effect were also investigated. The equilibrium data of systems (with out systems containing salt) were used to interaction parameters in non-random two-liquid (NRTL). These parameters were directly used to predict equilibrium data of ternary and quaternary systems.
