Docena2, M.E.Vela1 1 INIFTA (CONICET-UNLP) CC16 Suc4 /1900) La Plata, ARGENTINA 2 IIFP (CONICET-UNLP), La Plata, ARGENTINA. *e-mail: dazamillone@inifta.unlp.edu.ar Summary We have studied the casein-anti-casein binding kinetics using two different strategies in an SPR commercial device: i) casein was immobilized onto the solid phase and assessed with a mouse monoclonal antibody specific to bovine casein at different concentrations in solution and ii) the solid substrate was coated with the anti-casein monoclonal antibody and the binding to different concentrations of soluble casein was assessed.
